Information We Collect

When you use our website or submit a form, we may collect the following information:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number
• Order details: event date, dessert preferences, special instructions
• Job application details: if you apply for a position through our site, the role(s) you selected and your confirmation that you are 18 or older
• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, and browser type (collected via Google Analytics). With your consent, Google also provides aggregated estimates of visitor demographics (age range, gender) and interests, and we record how visitors interact with our pages (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement) via Microsoft Clarity

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your inquiries and custom order requests
• Send updates about your order or our bakery (if you signed up)
• Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
• Communicate about events, promotions, or new offerings
• Review and respond to job applications submitted through our site

How We Store Your Information

Your form submissions are stored securely in our Wix CRM system. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as needed to fulfill your order or as required by law.

Job applications submitted through our site are stored in the same Wix CRM system and emailed to the bakery. They are used only to evaluate you for the position you applied for, and are never added to our marketing or newsletter lists.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns and improve our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

When you consent to “Demographics & personalization” in our cookie banner, we enable Google Signals, which lets Google provide us with aggregated, anonymized estimates of visitor demographics (age range, gender) and interests. These are statistical estimates produced by Google and never identify you individually. You can decline this at any time using our cookie banner, or manage it in your Google Ads Settings.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our site through heatmaps and session replays (recordings of mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling). Clarity masks sensitive content such as text you type by default. It loads only if you accept “Analytics” in our cookie banner and does not run if you decline. We keep an anonymous tally of how many times our social-media links (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) are clicked. This count sets no cookies, stores no IP address, and records nothing that identifies you — it is simply an aggregate total, so it does not depend on your cookie choices.
